Xpert Computer & Web Solutions is currently owned and operated by Jacob Cottingham of Exmore, VA.

Since high school, Jacob has been working on a variety of machines and software. During his senior year he was able to start the "Computer Technician Internship Program" at Northampton High School. While still in school he learned how to interact with the user's in a corporate like environment. After the completion of his internship, in 2001, he was awarded the "Outstanding Technical Award".

After graduating high school, Jacob went on to the Eastern Shore Community College to obtain his "Associates in Electronics", in 2003. Afterwards, he went and got CompTIA A+ certified in both Hardware and Software troubleshooting. Since then he has been working the corporate world as a Computer Specialist.

Since 2003, Jacob has worked part time as a computer technician, basically traveling to either business or residential customers. Working on a variety of systems, software, code and security. It wasn't until 2006 when he chose the" Xpert Computer & Web Solutions" name for his side business.

From his years of experience, Jacob can offer much needed services in the following areas.
